InnoGames promptly put my diamonds into a negative state, so I can no longer advance in the game, and after going back and forth with their customer service team, was simply told - WITH NO PROOF - that I did, indeed, receive the third pack … which I did not. After waiting two full days to see the third pack show up in my account, with no luck, I requested a refund from the App Store, and after review, the App Store refunded my money two days later (keep in mind, that is a total of 4 days for InnoGames to credit my account with the diamond pack I never received). I purchased diamond packs - three in a row - one Saturday evening while playing Sunrise Village, and I received only two of the three packs I purchased. It is an extremely rare thing for me to leave a review… especially a bad one, but I felt it was necessary in this instance to do exactly that. Please contact our support team and they'll be happy to help you!

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with our game. I hope you take these things into consideration. This is a long as I want to review this game. everything takes so long to make on this game that I get busy with real life and don’t end up coming back to the game till the next day. Please extend the limited time on boat orders and the production of items needed to to make things like the blankets, cans and other things and this game would get more players. Take so long that you pretty much run out of hours to put those things in boat. The times set up to grow plots of different things and the in the green houses. Even if I can’t get further on the land I’m currently building a tree house on. Simply because I have no desire to start all over on this game. If I had to delete the entire app and reinstall it I won’t be back. I can’t even get this game to update at the moment. This Game is awful in so many ways, and I don’t feel like leaving a long review.
